YsaProfile Photo

Ysa

Ysa (She/They) is a school-based social worker currently in pursuit of clinical licensure. Ysa is passionate about working with at-risk children and youth who have experienced trauma and specializes in children with behavioral disorders. They enjoy merging pop culture, specifically movies, with mental health counseling. Most recently, Ysa has used Encanto in group work to help children explore character traits interconnected with trauma and the importance of embracing differences - something they loved discussing during this episode. And as much as they would hate to admit Ysa does actually like the song "We don't talk about Bruno."
